K-Beauty Decoder Delete your account and data
You can delete your K-Beauty Decoder account at any time.
In the app
Open the Account tab and choose Delete account. Your profile, all your reviews, and your sign-in are deleted right away.
By email
If you cannot open the app, email us with your Account ID (shown in the Account tab) or the email you signed up with. We delete the account within 7 days and reply when it is done.
What is deleted
Your profile (nickname, skin type, country, language), all your reviews, community posts with their photos, and comments with their translations, the reports you sent, and your sign-in. Product information read from labels stays in the shared database because it contains no personal data. The shelf on your device is deleted when you uninstall the app.
The accounts you follow, your followers, the posts you saved, and the authors you blocked are deleted as well, and the follower counts of other users are updated.
